At Jackson’s Toyota, we believe exceptional sales results begin with strong leadership, consistent processes and a team that is supported, coached and held accountable.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Floor Manager to provide visible, hands-on leadership to our Sales Team and lead the day-to-day execution of the sales floor.
Working closely with our General Sales Manager and Desk Manager, you will focus on developing our Sales Consultants, strengthening CRM execution, managing sales activity and ensuring every guest receives the professional and welcoming experience they have come to expect from The Family Store.

- Monitor customer engagement, needs assessments, vehicle presentations, demonstrations, trade discussions and turnovers.
- Ensure Manager TOs and Exits are completed on every applicable opportunity.
- Ensure Next Up procedures are followed consistently.

- Maintain a clean, accurate and actionable sales pipeline.
- Ensure customer information, appointments, vehicle interests and deal statuses are recorded accurately.
- Review sales activity and results with the team each day.
- Identify performance gaps early and respond with coaching, clear expectations and accountability.

- Coach prospecting, appointment setting, needs assessment, product presentation, negotiation, closing and follow-up skills.
- Identify individual development opportunities and establish coaching plans.
- Support the onboarding and development of new Sales Consultants.
- Recognize strong performance and address performance or behavioural concerns promptly.
- Build a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
