About Pink Beauty Lashes and Nails
Pink Beauty Lashes and Nails is a growing salon located just off Whyte Avenue. We focus on high-quality work, exceptional client service, and building long-term relationships with both our clients and our team.
We have built a strong reputation through professional branding, a strong online presence, seamless online booking, and a commitment to quality service. Our location benefits from consistent client demand, strong visibility, and walk-in traffic.
We are intentionally building a small, strong team rather than a high-volume, rushed environment. We believe in quality work, continuous improvement, teamwork, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.
Full-time applicants are preferred. We also welcome applications from part-time candidates with evening and weekend availability.
Our salon is open daily until 9:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- 50% commission on all services
- 100% of client tips
- Guaranteed minimum wage of $18/hour PLUS you keep 100% of your tips on top of that
- Tips are paid in addition to wages and are not included in minimum wage calculations
- General holiday pay
- Vacation pay
- Health Spending Account ($500/year) for employees averaging 20+ hours per week after probation
- Paid 30-minute break on shifts of 7+ hours

Even if minimum wage applies during a pay period, you still keep 100% of your tips on top of your wages.
Estimated Earnings
Part-Time: $2,500–$5,000+/month
Full-Time: $5,000–$8,000+/month
Actual earnings depend on availability, efficiency, and client retention.

Required
- Minimum 1 year salon experience
- Experience with acrylic nail extensions
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
Ideal Experience
- Acrylic nail extensions
- Gel nail extensions
- Gel-X extensions
- Eyelash extensions
Eyelash extension experience is an asset, but not required.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel extensions, and nail enhancements
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and relaxing client experience
- Build strong client relationships that support repeat bookings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
- Assist with salon operations and client care
- Prepare beverages and refreshments for clients
- Support salon cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the day
