Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Group Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind cultivating and managing group sales opportunities, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our establishment. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences will help us achieve our sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of service. Duties

Coordinate and execute group sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients and maintaining ongoing relationships to maximize bookings
Develop promotional strategies that attract groups and corporate bookings
Assist clients in planning event details, including room arrangements and special requests, ensuring all needs are met with precision
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure bookings that align with company policies and revenue targets
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities using organizational tools and CRM systems
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through completion

Skills

Guest services skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and customer satisfaction preferred
Skilled negotiator capable of balancing client needs with company objectives
Exceptional communication skills for clear, professional interactions with clients and internal teams
Superior organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is desirable, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality operations and guest expectations
Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
