Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating delicious, high-quality pizzas. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to food safety and customer satisfaction are paramount. The Pizza Maker will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking pizzas according to our established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings in accordance with restaurant recipes and quality standards
Assemble pizzas efficiently while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation
Assist in food preparation tasks for other menu items as needed
Serve customers at the counter or during dine-in service with professionalism and friendliness
Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product quality

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food handling regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making is a plus
Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot kitchen conditions
A passion for culinary arts and creating delicious dishes that delight customers

Pay: $15.95-$20.00 per hour
