Millwright (433A)

Hours: Rotating Continental Shift (Days & Nights)

Day Shift 6 AM - 6 PM & Night Shift 6 PM - 6 AM

The starting pay range for the role is $40.00 - $45.35 based on experience and qualifications. Plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities.

Join our Maintenance team as a Millwright and play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

What will YOU be doing as a Millwright?

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production, packaging, service, and utility equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and minor electrical issues to reduce downtime
Coordinate with contractors and ensure safe, code-compliant maintenance activities
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains
Participate in special projects and attend required training as assigned
Work rotating continental shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

What YOU bring to the table

Ontario/Interprovincial 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license (required)
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset (training available)
Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP (training provided)
Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills, including packaging equipment
Refrigeration “B” license, boiler experience, and automation skills are considered assets
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Physically capable of performing the demands of the job
Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers considered an asset
