RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, review, and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
Sort, code and match invoices; set up invoices for payment.
Enter and upload invoices and payment transactions into the financial system.
Prepare and perform check runs; reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments from tenants and to vendors.
Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate vendor and client files, responding to inquiries as needed.
Generate regular reports on accounts payable and receivable status, including outstanding balances.
Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain accurate historical records.
Organize financial documentation and maintain orderly records to facilitate ease of access and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Familiarity with general accounting procedures.
Proficient in data entry and management.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
1-3 years accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for vendor and tenant correspondences.
