Full job description

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, cooks, kitchen helpers, and other staff.
Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees.
Monitor food quality, customer service, and workplace cleanliness.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain inventory and order food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
Assist in preparing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenues.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.

Employment Requirements

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
