Overview
We are seeking an experianced sales person with at least 4 years in lowvoltage or security sales. Applicant must read speak and write English clearly and accurately. dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, develop new business, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments is mandatory. This position involves managing a sales pipeline, supporting high-end and retail sales, and leveraging marketing strategies to achieve targets. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to upselling and deal closing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
Engage with potential clients via phone, in-person meetings, and other channels to promote products and services
Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Support B2B sales initiatives by building strong relationships with dealership partners and corporate clients
Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using organizational tools
Assist in sales management tasks such as forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or B2B deals
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for effective outreach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Customer service orientation with a professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
Experience supporting sales management activities such as reporting or pipeline analysis is a plus
Multilingual skills enhance communication with diverse client bases
