Responsibilities
- Roll sushi and maki to company standards
- Prepare ingredients and perform sushi bar setup
- Execute customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with kitchen and prep operations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of sushi or Japanese cuisine experience
- Strong sushi and maki rolling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred
- Food Safe Certification
- Experience in high-volume restaurants
