About the Role
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply process tasks. Raven Supply is looking for a Project Manager who wants to own projects, influence outcomes, and be accountable for results.
As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple HVAC-related projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed professionally and profitably. You will work closely with the sales team to help achieve company targets, participate in weekly meetings, and use your experience to help determine which opportunities and jobs are worth bidding.
This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, decisive, customer-focused, and comfortable navigating tough negotiations with professionalism. You should be able to hold firm when needed while keeping the customer, the project outcome, and the long-term relationship in mind.
What You'll Own
Project Leadership
Manage HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, communication, and deliverables stay on track.
Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to help achieve project and revenue targets, support customer opportunities, and align execution with business goals.
Bid Evaluation
Use your HVAC and project experience to help assess which jobs are the right fit to bid, considering scope, risk, customer needs, timelines, and commercial viability.
Weekly Meetings
Participate in weekly team meetings to review project status, priorities, opportunities, risks, and next steps.
Customer Relationships
Serve as a trusted contact for customers, ensuring decisions are made with professionalism, transparency, and customer impact in mind.
Negotiation and Issue Resolution
Handle difficult conversations and negotiations professionally while protecting project outcomes and maintaining strong relationships.
Coordination
Work closely with suppliers, contractors, customers, sales, and internal team members to keep projects moving efficiently.
Accountability
Take ownership of project details, follow through on commitments, and proactively identify risks, delays, or cost concerns.
Communication
Provide clear updates, manage expectations, document important decisions, and ensure all stakeholders understand next steps.
Commercial Awareness
Support profitable project execution by monitoring scope, changes, costs, schedules, and customer requirements.
Success in This Role
Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage complexity without losing sight of the customer experience. The right person will be comfortable making recommendations, asking the right questions, and bringing structure to projects that involve many moving parts.

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will bring a strong HVAC background, a high level of professionalism, and the confidence to manage complex projects with minimal oversight. You should be the type of person who takes pride in owning your work, resolving challenges, and delivering a strong customer experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, timelines, stakeholders, customer expectations, and project risk.
- Ability to work with the sales team, understand project targets, assess bid opportunities, and support profitable outcomes.
- Ability to handle tough negotiations professionally and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to balance customer needs, project requirements, and long-term relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and accountable, with the ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
- Willingness to participate in weekly meetings and collaborate across departments.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to commute to the Surrey office until September 2026 and the Richmond office thereafter.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $90,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience.
