Job Overview

Training Period Approx. 2 weeks

Consistent attendance mandatory

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions.
Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, merchandising products attractively to encourage sales.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving issues promptly.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with customers and team members while maintaining phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
Manage time effectively to balance customer service duties with station maintenance tasks.
Support safety procedures by conducting routine inspections of equipment and reporting any hazards immediately.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts.
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the station tidy and stocked efficiently.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of POS systems and other technology tools used in daily operations.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to assisting others.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
