About us

Mabel Lake Golf & Airpark is a small business in ENDERBY, BC. Our goal is to Hire Seasonal Kitchen Staff to join our team this Season. While enjoying one of British Columbia's prime Golf & Travel Desinations.

Mabel Lake Golf & Airpark is currently recruiting for our up coming season and looking for a Cooks to join our team. 3-year minimum experience preferred. Our season is short May - October, with slow shoulder seasons and a crazy summer season as we are a resort destination.

Our restaurant is looking for a Line Cook, Prep Cook & Sous Chef to help support our busy kitchen. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, is reliable and has experience preparing high-quality food in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency. Ability to self-motive and problem solve in a fast-paced setting, while having fun and working as a team. A successful candidate will have experience working in both upscale casual and fast casual environments and will be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Support kitchen staff such as Chef, cooks, food runners and prep cooks and work as a team.
Prepare food according to recipes and customers' needs.
Work with team members to ensure that each dish is correctly prepared, cooked and garnished. –Manage food costs.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Oversee workers responsible for cleaning kitchen, dish pits etc.
Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times. –Manage food storage.
