Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team! As the backbone of our daily functions, you will manage a variety of clerical tasks and support customer interactions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a productive and welcoming environment, enabling our team to thrive and deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone systems, and providing customer service
Handle creating work requests, estimating, invoicing and other basic accounting tasks, Quickbooks experience an asset.
Assist in job scheduling and material ordering
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating strong organizational skills

Requirements

Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office administration and customer service
Proficiency in QuickBooks; familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
Excellent computer skills with the ability to perform data entry efficiently and accurately; experience with filing systems and document management is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in all interactions
