Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide excellent customer support. Your expertise in office systems, data entry, and clerical functions will help maintain efficiency and foster a professional environment that supports our company's growth.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering inquiries and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace applications.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence.
Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including preparing required monthly documentation and ensuring information is accurate and complete.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and data entry
Responsible for preparing shipping documents, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy prior to shipment.
Prior customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Candidates are expected to conduct themselves professionally, treat colleagues and clients with respect, and adhere to appropriate dress and appearance standards.
Must be able to learn and retain knowledge of company-specific programs, systems, and procedures.
Provide reliable, flexible, and efficient support to the Office Manager and other team members as required.
