YOUR DAY TO DAY

Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and non-combustible brand families, retail support, and engagement programs. You will directly contact owners, managers, and operational personnel to build engagement with RBH products.

Responsible for handling and accomplishing all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities, and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, running an assigned territory budget with set parameters.

Work on the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision.

Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network, which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free product.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
-
University degree or equivalent experience, or a College Diploma in Business or a related field
Experience
-
1-5 years of experience in sales
Skills
-
Dynamic and collaborative individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision.

Highly organized, analytical, and phenomenal at building and sustaining relationships.

A clean driver’s abstract is required, as a company vehicle will be provided.

Previous CPG experience is regarded as a plus
-
Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
