Full job description

A well-established and highly successful real estate team serving Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding areas is seeking an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and high-performing organization.

With more than two decades of experience helping clients buy and sell homes across the region, the team has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and results. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional who has a passion for real estate and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

In this role, you will work alongside a team of experienced real estate professionals and administrators to provide operational, project, and client support for ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of communication, collaboration, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This key role is responsible for assisting in many aspects of the real estate transaction cycle while providing responsive and professional support to both clients and team members. The successful candidate will also work closely with an experienced administrative team that supports a high-performing and nationally recognized real estate sales organization.

This is a salaried position that offers the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the top-performing professionals in the industry while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced administrative role
Excellent computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and e-signature platforms (an asset)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain a high level of service
Real estate experience is required
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

We are seeking a motivated individual who can step into the role and contribute quickly while supporting a busy and growing real estate team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
