Full job description

Front Desk Real Estate Support Administrator – Immediate Start

Sutton Group Innovative Realty is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a permanent part-time Front Desk Support position.

This position is available for an immediate. . Regular hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours available to cover staff vacations and absences (in July and August). This is not a summer position.

As the first point of contact for our office, you will provide administrative support to agents, clients, and management while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and booking appointments
Taking and sending messages for agents using our internal paging system (BrokerBay).
Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts.
Manage scheduling of property showings, appointments, and meetings for agents
Managing emails and responding to agent requests.
Assisting agents with administrative tasks such as typing, drafting letters, and preparing documents.
Preparing offer documents using Webforms and TransactionDesk.
Broker loading and uploading listings to Cornerstone and TRREB.
Processing price changes and other amendments to MLS listings.
Organizing listing paperwork and filing accordingly
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Gmail, and Google Docs.
Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software platforms.
Ability to work independently and assist office administrator as needed
Previous administrative experience required, and real estate experience is considered an asset.
