Esthetician
Where luxury, nature, and wellness come together.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Spa Director, we are looking for a skilled and versatile Esthetician to join our award-winning spa team. You will deliver a full range of services, from facials and body treatments to massage and nails in a serene, luxurious setting overlooking Lake Rosseau.

Accountabilities

Perform spa services following steps of service as outlined in department training
Analyze skin and provide consultation about skin care with guests
Offer advice and product recommendations to guests
Complete guest medical form, ensuring to add notes to returning guests, and focus on areas of concern
Follow room set-up requirements and ensure sanitation procedures are met between services and at the end of the shift
Assist in escorting guests to room and to waiting area for other services
Conduct tours of spa as requested by guests
Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety program
Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Certified Esthetician with massage training (required)
Previous experience in hotel or resort setting preferred
At least one year of related work experience required

Working Conditions

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Required to move, lift, carry, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
Stand, sit or walk for an extended period or for an entire shift
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting and pulling
