Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician

Anderson Motors is currently seeking an Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician to join our body shop team.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing excellent work. If you are interested in contributing to a strong customer service experience and being part of a respected, long-standing local business, we would like to hear from you.

As an Autobody Paint/Preparation Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Performing vehicle inspections
Preparing vehicles for paint and repair work
Replacing and repairing body panels, dents, scratches, and related damage
Assisting with estimating claims
Working in a timely manner while managing personal workflow
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Supporting the body shop team as required

The ideal candidate will have:

A strong eye for detail
Excellent organizational skills
Promptness and reliability
The ability to work independently without direct supervision
The ability to work well with others in a team environment
Prior autobody, paint, or preparation experience is considered an asset
A willingness to learn, as we are prepared to train the right candidate
