Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administration/Bookkeeper to join our team! Your expertise in accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial processes will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely payments, and efficient financial reporting. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform account reconciliations including bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist with budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management to streamline office operations

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for account analysis
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting tools

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
