We're looking for a Customer Accounts Representative who will become the trusted partner for airlines, and aviation customers worldwide. You'll coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and planning to ensure aircraft components move efficiently through repair and back into service.

What You'll Do
You'll own the customer relationship from arrival of the component through delivery.
Your day may include:
- Serving as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Reviewing quotations, repair orders and exchange transactions
- Coordinating with Engineering, Production, Planning and Quality to meet customer commitments
- Monitoring repair progress and ensuring schedules stay on track
- Providing proactive status updates and resolving customer concerns before they become problems
- Tracking fleet activity and anticipating future customer requirements
- Participating in customer meetings, performance reviews and business discussions
- Building long-term relationships through exceptional service

What We're Looking For
Education
Diploma or Degree in:
- Aerospace
- Aviation Technology
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aircraft Maintenance
- or another related technical discipline
Experience
We're interested in people with experience in:
- Aerospace MRO
- Manufacturing
- Customer Service
- Technical Support
- Aircraft Maintenance
- Planning
- Quality
- Program Management
Experience with aircraft components is considered a strong asset.
