Overview

Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will drive customer satisfaction and safety. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and enthusiasm. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair expertise while providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're an experienced mechanic or eager to learn, your contributions will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy.

Responsibilities

Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to customers.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately and safely.
Assist customers by explaining services, recommending maintenance solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
Lift heavy tires and equipment regularly to support service operations without compromising safety.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Skills

Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installation or maintenance tasks.
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
Sales aptitude is a plus for recommending additional services or products to customers.
