The Production Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of production operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team, strengthen operational excellence, and drive impactful improvements across a multi-department manufacturing environment. What you’ll be doing
- Oversee day-to-day and long-range production schedules across all manufacturing lines.
- Coordinate workflows across windows, doors, glass, paint production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and purchasing.
- Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet production goals and delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards across the facility.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to uphold consistent product quality.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, balancing cost efficiency with product quality.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Ensure the facility supports safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth.
- Communicate goals clearly, fostering engagement and collaboration across teams.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and sound decision-making abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-focused, collaborative, and performance-oriented.

- Cost-conscious with the ability to balance budget targets and product quality.
