The Opportunity

Go Time Ag Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our Kindersley location.

This is a hands-on role supporting accounting administration, customer accounts, transaction processing, inventory, documentation, and general office functions. You will work closely with the Go Time Ag team to keep information accurate, processes moving, and the day-to-day business organized.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, manages multiple priorities well, and is willing to step in where needed.

As Go Time Ag continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on new responsibilities, improve processes, and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Accounting Support

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Enter and maintain accurate transaction, customer, and inventory information.
Process and record customer payments.
Assist with inventory documentation, counts, and reconciliations.
Reconcile supplier statements and help investigate discrepancies.
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, files, and supporting documentation.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, filing, and record management.
Help ensure business and accounting records are accurate, complete, and organized.

Office & Business Support

Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Support communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Coordinate meetings and assist with day-to-day office activities.
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other materials.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Handle confidential business, customer, employee, and financial information appropriately.
Provide general administrative support to the Go Time Ag team as needed.

Process & Operational Support

Support the development and improvement of administrative processes.
Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and consistency.
Assist with new systems, processes, and operational initiatives.
Take on additional responsibilities as the role and business continue to evolve.

What You Bring

Previous administrative, accounting support, or office experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on responsibilities.
A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with accounting, inventory, or ERP systems is an asset.
Experience in agriculture, agricultural retail, or a related industry is an asset.
Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
