What You'll Be Operating

You'll work on a variety of commercial, industrial and civil projects operating equipment including:

Excavators
Skid Steers
Wheel Loaders
Dozers
Compactors and other support equipment

Typical work includes:

Site excavation
Building grading
Fine grading
Underground servicing
Gravel placement and compaction
Final site preparation
Material handling
Snow removal (seasonal)

What We're Looking For

We're looking for operators who:

Have several years of excavation and grading experience
Can confidently operate multiple types of heavy equipment
Understand elevations, grades and site layouts
Take pride in clean, accurate work
Respect equipment and keep it well maintained
Work safely without cutting corners
Are dependable, positive and team-oriented
Want to continue learning and growing
