Safety First Contracting DBA AWP Safety is looking for a full time Office Coordinator to join our Moncton New Brunswick Team. We are seeking an individual who has great people and communication skills, is self-motivated, organized, and can multitask. If you are also able to complete tasks with minimal supervision in an organized and timely manner and are great with a computer we encourage you to apply!

In order to function in this position a successful candidate must be able to meet the following criteria, to include:

Provide proof of High School Diploma (University degree/post-secondary equivalent preferred);
Drivers license with clean drivers abstract;
Experience - onboarding, recruitment, payroll, and administrative functions;
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Excellent organizational skills with attention to details;
Excels at operating in a fast paced environment with a commitment to get the job done;
Open to direction and constructive criticism;
High comfort level working in a diverse environment; and
Adept problem solving skills

How will your day be spent?

Complete Administrative functions, answering phone calls, email, inquires etc.
Scheduling crews for work
Verifying information for billing and payroll processing
Process time off requests and payroll inquiries
Type/ prepare correspondence
Photocopying and Scanning
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
