Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) – Ventes et service à la clientèle
Placement pour étudiant(e) postsecondaire

Les candidats doivent être actuellement inscrits dans un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire. Le candidat retenu doit maîtriser l’anglais et être à l’aise pour répondre aux demandes téléphoniques.

Responsabilités :

Service à la clientèle et soutien aux ventes

Répondre aux appels des clients, aux messages téléphoniques et aux demandes de renseignements liées aux ventes.
Aider les clients concernant la disponibilité des produits, les achats et les options de livraison.
Offrir un service à la clientèle et maintenir une communication claire et constante avec les clients tout au long du processus, de la commande à la livraison du produit.
Répondre aux demandes par courriel et effectuer les suivis nécessaires par courriel et par téléphone.

Soutien administratif

Maintenir et organiser les dossiers et les fichiers des employés.
Participer à l’achat de fournitures de bureau, de matériel de terrain et d’équipement pour les employés.
Aider à la collecte des renseignements sur les employés pour le traitement des documents.
Fournir un soutien administratif général au besoin.

Distribution

Participer à la coordination du transport en communiquant avec les fournisseurs de services logistiques.
Assurer le suivi des expéditions et effectuer les suivis après livraison au besoin.

Éducation du public

Informer les clients sur l’entretien approprié des arbres de Noël ainsi que sur les options de recyclage et d’élimination responsables sur le plan environnemental.
Contribuer à la promotion d’initiatives de durabilité visant à réduire l’empreinte carbone et à soutenir des pratiques respectueuses de l’environnement dans tous les aspects des activités de l’entreprise.

Qualifications

Être actuellement inscrit(e) dans un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire.
Maîtriser l’anglais et posséder de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
Posséder de solides compétences organisationnelles et un grand souci du détail.
Être capable de travailler de façon autonome et de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
La maîtrise des logiciels de bureau courants et des procédures administratives constitue un atout.

Administrative Assistant – Sales & Customer Service
Post-Secondary Student Placement

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and comfortable answering telephone inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service and Sales Support

Answer customer phone calls, respond to telephone messages, and handle sales inquiries.
Assist customers with product availability, purchases, and delivery.
Provide customer service with clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the entire process, from order placement to product delivery.
Respond to email inquiries and follow up with customers by email and telephone as required.

Administrative Support

Maintain organization of employee files and records.
Assist with the purchasing of office supplies, field supplies, and equipment for employees.
Assist with collection of employee information for processing documents.
Provide general administrative support as required.

Distribution

Assist with transportation by communicating and coordinating with logistics providers.
Track shipments and conduct post-delivery follow-up as required.

Public Education

Educate customers on proper Christmas tree care, and environmentally responsible recycling and disposal options for Christmas trees.
Assist in promoting initiatives that help reduce carbon footprint, and support environmentally responsible methods in all aspects of the company operations.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with standard office software and administrative procedures is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $21.00 per hour
