Full job description

Welder and Fitter

Dynamic Machine Corp is seeking an experienced Welder and Fitter to join our team. We are an employee owned organization that prioritizes a professional work environment and long term stability for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

Execute Mig and Tig welding processes on various materials.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
Manage task sequencing and coordinate with team members to meet production priorities.
Operate overhead cranes using safe hoisting and rigging techniques.
Utilize measuring tools with high accuracy to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional welding experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem solving skills.
Ability to pass CWB testing for MCAW, FCAW, and GMAW on mild steel.
Proficiency in Tig welding is considered a significant asset.
Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is preferred.
Consistent attendance and a collaborative mindset.

Schedule and Compensation

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
Occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.
