We're seeking a sales-driven, self-starting Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of automotive aftermarket and industrial parts and who is passionate about generating new opportunities and growing a new customer base, while maintaining existing clients.
What You’ll Do:

Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.

Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Visit customers regularly to establish relationships, identify needs and target solutions to produce optimum sales.

Present compelling automotive aftermarket product solutions and value propositions to industrial, fleet and automotive businesses.

Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care.

Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress to organization.

Be a trusted advisor delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Expertise & Essential Skills:

Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales within an automotive framework) with a focus on seeking, generating and fostering strong business relationships.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply are essential.

Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Comfortable with technology, using CRM and catalog systems.

Experience in territory management with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).

A passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.
