Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant to join our team at out outdoor Pool Hut. In this role you will be providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries in a friendly manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products (food and beverage) and services.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Be able to work alone.
Keep washroom and shower area clean.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be 19 Years old.
Must have Responsible Servers Certificate. (If needed this can be completed before start of work)
Must have Food Safety and Responsibile Servers Course. (If needed this can be completed before start of work)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions promptly.
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

In this role, you will be inside the Pool Hut most of your shift . You will have a schedule to follow over the summer. The shifts are 12pm-8pm when you are scheduled-weather permitting.

This is a summer position start and end date to be determined before season starts.

This job is minimum wage plus tips.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 2.5-3 months

Pay: $17.00 per hour
