Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in customer support environments, including medical or dental offices. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Perform clerical duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Support bookkeeping activities related to billing or invoicing when necessary
Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for handling customer interactions via multi-line phone systems
Clerical experience in an office or medical/dental environment preferred
Data entry accuracy and typing speed for efficient task completion
Ability to proofread documents carefully for errors
Customer service experience with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required; relevant experience such as dental receptionist or medical office support is advantageous
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $38,400.00-$40,000.00 per year
