Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Permanent Full Time

Located in Woodstock New Brunswick, Canada Power Technology Limited (CPT), a national leader of original equipment replacement parts and accessories for the outdoor power equipment industry, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work out of our

Woodstock location.

Job Responsibilities:

Recommend, sell, and promote products and services represented by CPT within a fast-paced environment, take inbound calls from consumers, Authorized Service

Dealers, and Mass Merchants

Sell replacement parts and provide minor technical assistance through parts lookup and research, using both in-house and web-based resources

Job Requirements:

Permanent Full-time hours within these hours of operation: o 40 Hours / Week o 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (AST) Monday to Friday
Must Speak, Read and Write in English and French.
High School diploma or equivalent
Required skills include communication, order entry, problem solving and resolution, up-selling, and teamwork
Mechanical aptitude or previous parts counter or mechanical experience a plus
Previous experience dealing directly with customers in an in-bound sales environment helpful
Ability to sit and look at a computer screen, listen to customers through a headset, and enter data quickly and accurately into a computer for long periods of time
Ability to look up and read illustrated parts listings on the computer, microfiche, or in other reference material spatial ability
Ability to use e-mail, excel, web applications, and an industry-specific computer application
Ability to read numbers accurately and multi-task
Ability to sell the company and our products to our customers, including up-selling
Ability to address customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Ability to manage customer complaints and/or angry customers and to handle stressful situations over a telephone
