Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our fast growing production team on our weekend shift, this shifts comes with shift premiums. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that support project completion, including preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. This role offers opportunities to develop technical skills in welding / fabrication and contribute to diverse projects in a dynamic work environment. Candidates should be committed to safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency.

Duties

Assist with preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to perform construction or maintenance tasks
Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies needed for projects
Assist with insulation installation, drywall installation, paint prep, wall liner installation.
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Support project supervisors in executing various tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, metal fab, or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites or industrial settings
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications or training are a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are advantageous but not mandatory

This position is vital for the successful completion of projects and offers growth opportunities for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the skilled labor field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
