Operations Manager/Sales-New Branch
Apex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with sales and in the field experience to oversee our Fort McMurray operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field personnel, ensuring the safe and efficient operation while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, and commitment to safety. This position will be based out of Fort McMurray.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must present in a Professional manner
- Must have strong communication skills
- Oversee the daily operations of our hot oiler/pressure truck fleet
- Cover areas of Fort McMurray
- Assist in hiring staff for hot oiler/pressure trucks
- Coordinate maintenance schedules
- Work with clients for booking, planning and executing field work
- Work with HSE to ensure division is adhering to Apex policies and procedures
Role Specifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience operating a Hot Oiler/Pressure Truck
- First Aid, H2S Alive, and valid CSO certification
- Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Safety focused when it comes to people and equipment

Salary: Based on Experience
