OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist who takes ownership of their work and focuses on performance.
This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on driving qualified leads and measurable results. You will also own our HubSpot CRM platform—managing campaigns, integrations, and training our sales & marketing team to use it effectively.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution and performance.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are comfortable working directly in ad platforms and understand how campaigns perform across channels.
You don’t just launch campaigns, you monitor, adjust, test, and refine them. You look at results and ask: what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change?
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining performance.

- Own HubSpot end-to-end: platform configuration, integrations, and ongoing maintenance
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurture workflows
- Manage lead flow, pipeline visibility, and CRM data integrity in HubSpot
- Train and support the sales team on HubSpot, ensuring they can manage contacts, track leads, and work their pipeline effectively
