The opportunity:

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in our Calgary office. The HR Coordinator will provide support for a wide variety of human resource functions throughout Alberta

What you’ll do:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
Supporting recruitment including creating, and maintaining job postings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews, interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Supporting our onboarding process.
Coordinating annual training.
Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Other HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited post-secondary institution.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards is an asset.
Ability to travel throughout Alberta periodically.
