Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our new shared facility located at Hwy 14 & 75, St. Jean Baptiste, MB. We currently operate locations in AB and SK, and are starting a small team in MB.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
Operate and oversee forklift/skid steer operations safely.
Ensure compliance with provincial safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
Monitor workflow and optimize manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with off site office staff to address issues.
Keep accurate records of production metrics.

Qualifications

Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes.
Supervisory experience (small team)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Warehouse experience is an asset.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
