We are seeking a motivated Cabinet Design Assistant to support our Design Centre team while developing the skills and experience needed for future advancement within the department.

What You'll Do
As a Cabinet Design Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our Design Centre by:
Assisting with cabinet drawings, layouts, and design presentations.
Preparing quotations, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinating project information between customers, designers, suppliers, and installers.
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
Supporting customer communication and follow-up throughout the design process.
Assisting the Design Centre Manager and team with administrative and operational functions.
Helping ensure a seamless and professional customer experience from inquiry through project completion.
Supporting workflow efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Cabinetry, millwork, kitchen design, or interior design experience.
Construction, renovation, or building industry experience.
Drafting or project coordination experience.
Experience using 20/20 Design software and/or other cabinet design programs.
Proficiency with CAD drafting software (AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar).
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to support design, documentation, customer communication, and workflow efficiency.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
Compensation & Benefits
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time permanent employment.
