At SpeedPro Barrie, we help businesses stand out through exceptional large-format printing, vehicle wraps, signage, trade show displays, wall murals, window graphics and custom visual solutions. We're looking for an organized, energetic and people-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become the hub of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping multiple projects moving, and bringing marketing ideas to life.

What You'll Do

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in both growing the business and ensuring projects move seamlessly from inquiry to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers by phone, email, in person and online.
Responding to customer inquiries, preparing estimates, coordinating appointments and supporting the sales process.
Managing customer projects from initial order through production, installation and delivery.
Coordinating schedules between customers, sales and production to keep projects on track and deadlines on time.
Processing customer payments, arranging shipping and supporting daily studio operations.
Planning and executing local marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, digital advertising and community outreach.
Creating engaging marketing content that showcases completed projects and promotes the SpeedPro brand.
Assisting with administrative tasks that help keep the studio operating efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent customer service with strong organizational skills and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing.

The ideal candidate is:

Qualifications

Required

1+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales coordination or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
Experience using social media platforms in a professional capacity.

Assets

Experience with CRM software.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar.
Experience managing social media campaigns or digital advertising.
Experience in the print, signage, graphics or creative industries.
