RECEPTIONIST – AESTHETIC, COSMETIC MEDI SPA
We are seeking an experienced, professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our busy Aesthetic, Cosmetic and Surgical centre.

THE ROLE
As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering incoming calls, emails and client inquiries
- Booking, confirming and managing client appointments
- Checking clients in and out and processing payments
- Coordinating schedules for aesthetic, cosmetic and surgical services
- Maintaining accurate client information and confidentiality
- Assisting clients with general questions regarding treatments, services and products
- Learning our professional skincare product line and developing the knowledge needed to confidently assist clients
- Learning clinic services, promotions and procedures
- Working closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
As you become familiar with the clinic and demonstrate your abilities, additional responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring clinic and office inventory
- Assisting with skincare product inventory
- Ordering supplies required throughout the clinic
- Receiving and organizing supply and product orders
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying items requiring replenishment
- Assisting with general administrative and operational duties
- Supporting the team with other clinic responsibilities as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous reception, administrative or customer service experience
- Experience in a medical, surgical, aesthetic, cosmetic or similar professional setting is strongly preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain professional and organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Comfortable learning new computer systems, procedures and terminology
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Interest in aesthetics, cosmetic treatments and professional skincare is an asset
TRAINING PROVIDED
We recognize that every clinic operates differently. Training will be provided on our specific booking systems, clinic procedures, services and professional skincare line.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning on the job and motivated to continually build their knowledge.
