Top Pick Painters is looking to partner with experienced subcontractor painting crews to help support our growing volume of residential painting projects throughout Belleville, Kingston, and the surrounding communities.
We're looking for professional crews who love painting and want to spend their time doing what they do best—painting—while we take care of everything else.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for established painting crews of 2–5 painters who take pride in producing exceptional work.
Our ideal partner:
- Has a minimum of 2 experienced painters, with crews of 2–5 preferred.
- Has professional residential painting experience.
- Produces high-quality interior and exterior finishes.
- Has experience staining decks and fences.
- Has experience using airless paint sprayers.
- Has experience working safely on ladders and elevated surfaces.
- Takes pride in cleanliness, preparation, and customer service.
- Is reliable, organized, and communicates professionally.
- Can travel throughout Belleville, Kingston, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- Registered business in Canada.
- Active WSIB coverage.
- Commercial General Liability Insurance.
- Reliable work vehicle(s).
- Your own professional painting equipment.
- Extension ladders and step ladders.
- Airless paint sprayer(s).
- Hand tools and standard painting equipment.
- Working at Heights certification (preferred where applicable).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to complete projects independently while maintaining Top Pick Painters' quality standards.
Types of Projects
Our crews regularly complete:
- Interior residential painting
- Exterior residential painting
- Deck staining
- Fence staining
- Cabinet painting and refinishing (experience considered an asset)
