Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of plant administrative activities;
- Provide support, as needed, to the Human Resources, Communications, and Information Technology departments;
- Act as a key resource for the Operations Manager and other members of the management team;
- Maintain and update tracking systems;
- Organize meetings and attend them as needed to track action plans and prepare meeting minutes;
- Help maintain and promote a positive interdepartmental organizational climate;
- Maintain active personal involvement in the local and regional community;
- Perform any other related duties as required.

- Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards;

- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, SAP, etc.);
- Excellent written and spoken French; bilingualism is an asset;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Initiative and strong organizational skills.
