Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service are highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for maintaining clean and welcoming living spaces. Bilingual skills in English and French are a plus, along with experience in hospitality or similar service industries. This position emphasizes professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare light meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed by clients
Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Organize household items to optimize space and functionality
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
Uphold safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Experience

Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Ability to demonstrate good time management to ensure timely completion of all duties
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic cooking is advantageous
Customer service experience that reflects professionalism and attentiveness to client needs
