Territory Sales Manager (Field Sales) | Winnipeg, MB

Compensation: $75,000 Base + Guaranteed Commission in the first year

Earnings: Realistic OTE $170,000 - $250,000, top earners make up to $400,000!

About the Role

This is a high-impact, field-based role focused exclusively on New Business Acquisition.

You excel in environments with short sales cycles, moving from initial discovery to partnership in a condensed timeframe.
You will spend your time in the field, engaging directly with Business Owners and Directors to deliver compelling, value-based solutions.
We believe top-tier talent should never be restricted. The commission structure is transparent and entirely unlimited, designed for those who want their income to reflect their grit.

What We Are Looking For

5-7+ years of B2B Field Sales experience is mandatory. You must have a documented history of securing new business in competitive landscapes.
"Hunter" Mentality: You are driven by the new win and are motivated by a high-activity, high-reward environment. We are specifically looking for those who thrive in new business development.
You treat your territory like your own business, possessing the discipline to manage a field-based schedule effectively.
Demonstrated ability to use creative prospecting methods (cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, etc.)
A well-connected professional network and ability to open doors through relationships
A valid driver's license is required for this field sales role.

What to Expect

$75,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in your first year to ensure a seamless transition.
A realistic OTE of $170,000-$250,000+ with no ceiling on your earnings. Top performers earn ~$400,000/year.

RRSP matching program up to 2%.
3 weeks of vacation to start, plus a paid day off for your birthday. Entitlement increases at 2 and 5 years of service.
Your choice of a Company Car or a monthly car allowance to support your territory management.
