This position is for a co-director role. We are looking for someone who can facilitate and plan daily movement, lead by example, and organize and prioritze daily, weekly and monthly goals. While working along side another co-director to ensure the location is run smoothly.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development or comparable field
- CPR
- ECE level 2 or 3
- Up to date police clearance and vulnerable sector
- Experience in Administration or director roles preferred
- A visionary mind-set
- Exceptional people skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills
The ability to problem-solve and navigate conflicts
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Compliance with all Alberta childcare rules and regulations
- Representing the company's vision and values
- Payroll management
- Schedule maintence
- Supporting your staff and fostering a team-based culture
- Communicating with owners to hit targets and expectations relating to enrolment, labor, budgeting, and program
- Collaborating with the other directors and ability to work with a team
- Transporting children to and from school *class 4 may be required within 30 days of hire
- Creating a quality program full of rich curriculum experiences
- Planning events centered around family engagement
- Most importantly, an ability to have fun and foster a fun and caring environment for children, families, and staff
