Adventurers School Age Care is the right place for you. We are opening a brand new, unique location

in September and we are looking for an energetic, hands-on, and forward-thinking Program Director

to join our team!

Please note: We will be hiring for an August 20th Start date!

We are a multi-site non-profit Out of School Care organization based primarily in Northwest Calgary and

have been proudly serving our community for over 30 years.

Our mission is to provide care for children in kindergarten through grade six that is safe, inclusive, and

empowering. We aim to provide a valuable and often essential services to families, while helping

children to develop the resiliency, positive self-image and supportive relationships that will aide them in

achieving their full potential.

Passionate educators like you are the super stars behind our organization, and we believe it is important

to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit. We are proud to offer our educators (and their

partners/children) access to an industry leading, comprehensive health plan that is 100% employer paid,

- 100% basic dental coverage up to $2000 per year

- Prescription drug coverage up to $10,000 per year

- Regular eye exams and $200 towards glasses and contacts every two years

- $500.00 per year in coverage for each type of paramedical, including massage, chiropractor,

-$600.00 per year in coverage for mental health supports plus twelve counselling sessions with a

Experience:

- Childcare Program supervisor experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 or 3 Childcare Certification (required)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift/ 40 hrs/week

- Required split shift from 7-6pm

- Monday to Friday

As a Program Supervisor you would be required to meet weekly at head office for Director's Meetings, as well as meet at other locations for weekly team meetings. Do you have a reliable form of transportation?
Do you have previous experience working with School Age Children grades 1-6?
