The Opportunity:

Tom Harris is currently recruiting a permanent full time Repair Technician in Calgary, Alberta.

We are looking for a positive, high-energy individual with strong technical skills and great attention to detail. As a Repair Technician, you will report to the CPO & Trade-In Program Manager helping drive success in both programs. Your primary focus will be assisting with the devices returned from our chain of over 50 locations through our trade-in program, assessing device conditions and completing repairs where needed on devices to be sold in our CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Program.

$3000-$3300 monthly salary

What you'll do:

Device Assessment: Review devices for both physical and functional assessments. Accurate grading and troubleshooting of issues are imperative.
Repair: Complete repairs when needed – screen & battery replacements mostly.
CPO Program: The best devices are added to our CPO program and sent out for resale. Clean, test and package devices so they’re ready to go.
Shipping & Receiving: Assist with shipments of devices to our other locations and receiving incoming devices, as well as new parts & supplies.

Detail Focused: Care about the little details so technical tasks and process are completed correctly.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with smartphones and electronic equipment is an asset.
Collaboration Champion: Excels in teamwork, collaborating seamlessly with sales and support teams.
Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting concise emails.
