About Us:
Hammam Retreat & Spa is a luxury wellness destination inspired by traditional Moroccan hammam rituals, offering relaxing spa experiences in a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Position: Part-Time / Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Calgary, AB

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in guests with a warm and professional attitude
Manage bookings, appointments, and spa schedules using our booking software
Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and guest inquiries promptly
Assist guests with service recommendations and retail purchases
Process payments and handle daily transactions
Ensure reception and guest areas remain clean, organized, and inviting
Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with gift card sales and membership inquiries
Support light administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous front desk, reception, customer service, spa, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media messaging
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Passion for wellness, beauty, and guest care is an asset
