Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, contributing to various projects that require both physical labor and technical expertise. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Working at heights required
Utilize hand tools for various construction tasks, ensuring precision and quality.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with carpenters on framing, flooring, and other construction elements.
Keep work site clean and detailed.
Participate in construction estimating to assist in project planning and budgeting.

Skills

Experience with power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
Knowledge of gutter and siding installation.
Competence in using hand tools effectively for precise work.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Experience as a carpenter with knowledge of framing and structural work.
Understanding of construction estimating processes to contribute to project planning.
