We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our front counter team.
Are You the Right Fit?
This role is about much more than answering phones and writing repair orders.
The right person genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in clear communication, and understands how important trust is in the automotive repair experience. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technicians, helping make complex vehicle issues simple, clear, and comfortable for our customers.
Automotive experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can step into a busy, professional shop environment and help us continue delivering the level of service our clients have come to expect.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in clients
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage customer flow
- Prepare repair estimates and service recommendations
- Review digital vehicle inspections with clients
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day
- Keep clients updated on vehicle status, approvals, and timelines
- Help create an organized, professional, and positive front counter experience
- Go above and beyond to make every client feel cared for

Schedule
Summer Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
We also offer scheduled four-day long weekends, giving our team real time to recharge while still being part of a high-performing shop.

Qualifications
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service experience required
- Experience with German vehicles is an asset
- Valid Class G driver’s licence with clean driving record
- Experience with Protractor is an asset
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
